Once you have completed your application you may email the application and supporting documentation to our registrar.

Applications can also be handed into the Administration office during working hours.

Required Documents

Copies of documents with blurry or extremely faint text that is difficult to read are unsuitable. It is important that you ensure that all the documents you wish to submit are clearly legible. Thank you.

1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

2. If applicable Photocopy of Baptism Certificate.

3. Optional Reference from your Parish Priest.

5. If applicable NAPLAN/OLNA Report.

7. If a student is not born in Australia:

Photocopy of Visa and of Passport

or if applicable Photocopy of Australian Citizenship
