‘Come, learn what you are in the eyes of God’

PROUD OF THEM | On Wednesday 11 August Mazenod played in the West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) Year 8/9 Eagles Cup (Waalitj 'A' Division) Grand Final against Governor Stirling Senior High School.

The boys have been undefeated this season and were excited and confident, going into the game. It was a brilliant display of tough, fair, football from both sides. Unfortunately, Mazenod went down by four goals. Despite not going home with the flag, the boys should be proud of their performance and held their heads high in defeat.

Joshua Mason was named Mazenod's best, with Toby Whan, Lochie Turner and Jadd Hill not far behind. Thank you to the parents, staff and students who ventured down the #mineralresourcespark home of the West Coast Eagles to barrack for the boys, and a big thanks to Mr Gardner and Mr Mallon for their coaching and organisation throughout the season. Thanks to the West Coast Eagles for making this video and featuring our players in it.
